President's Letter
Welcome to the website, home of the Research and Education Collaborative with Al-Quds University, known as RECA. We are a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering and promoting cooperative research and educational projects among scholars, educators and other professionals at Al-Quds University and their counterparts in educational institutions in the United States.
To further this mission, RECA seeks contributions, financial or material:
RECA's goal is to overcome the lack of seed money, an endowment fund or other stable financial resources so that the University can continue its development activities and interactive social programs that are so vital to the area it serves.
We encourage your support and participation. With your help, influence and encouragement, Al-Quds University will survive and thrive as a modern learning center of excellence and an educational capitol for Palestinians everywhere.

- to provide for additions to the libraries and research facilities, and
- to support exchange programs with students and faculty of colleges and universities in the United States.
